TAKE ME BACK TO SUNNYLAND

Mayday Parade is a pop-punk band from Tallahassee, Florida. Sunnyland is their sixth studio album, released in 2016.

VISUAL CONCEPT

Snow globes are a symbol of how we preserve memories and Sunnyland is about trying to hold onto a time/place when things were better. 

BACKGROUND

The poster started as an illustration project that I entered into Mayday Parade’s postcard design contest. I was then contacted to use the art on a tour t-shirt for their “Welcome to Sunnyland” Tour starting in the fall.
